Learn to Paint: Like an Artist

What we'll explore:
We'll take inspiration from different artists and artistic styles and investigate what makes their work distinctive.
We'll explore colour, composition, mark-making and painting techniques, using these ideas to create work of our own.
The emphasis isn't on producing a perfect copy — it's about learning from artists and adding new techniques and ideas to your own creative toolkit.
What’s included:
Tuition, demonstrations, resources and artist references.
Use of studio materials and equipment.
Individual guidance, feedback and support throughout the sessions.
A relaxed, friendly studio environment with plenty of opportunity to experiment and develop your own style.
NB: Each session will focus on techniques and different approaches to painting from photographs and examples by other artists. I will provide resources and inspiration, but please feel free to bring your own photographs and ideas too.
