OCTOBER 2026 ONLINE: Watercolours: Artist Inspirations

For: People who have some experience in watercolour
How: Taught on Zoom

For this course you will need:

Watercolours, Masking Tape, Watercolour Paper, Board, Masking Fluid, Brushes, a waterproof pen

Course description:

In this class, you will explore a variety of artists and creative movements.
Each week we will look at a different artist’s approach to colour, shape or composition, and reinterpret their style into your own watercolour work.
(3 weeks – 4.5 hours teaching)

• Tuition, resources and a video of the tutorial to rewatch.

• Access to the WhatsApp group, feedback and support provided.

• Access to our watercolour archive so you can explore a wide range of extra tutorials.

NB:

Each session focuses on painting from examples of artists’ work and using these as inspiration for your own interpretations.

Recording:

Missed sessions cannot be refunded or used as credit.
If you know you are going to be away, I will create a recording of the main tutorial.
You will be able to access this from your library 24 hours after the session.
