Get Started in Drawing

For: Complete beginners and upwards — no previous experience necessary
What we’ll explore:
We’ll explore the fundamental skills that underpin drawing, including observation, line, shape, proportion, tone, shading and mark-making.
Through demonstrations, exercises and plenty of practical drawing, you’ll begin to understand how to look at a subject, break it down into manageable shapes and develop confidence in putting what you see onto paper.

A relaxed, friendly studio environment with plenty of opportunity to experiment and develop your skills.
This workshop is designed as a foundation introduction to drawing and is a great starting point if you’d like to continue into our Next Steps drawing workshops.
Missed workshops cannot be refunded or used as credit.
